Not all sauerkraut is created equal and..well..some of it just sucks..but good sauerkraut, especially cold leftovers straight from the fridge, is really good. D:

Yeah, it's sour cabbage. Two of my least favorite flavors combined in one giant suckball of a flavor. Not gonna happen. Thanks for trying though!

Maybe it's just a German thing, then...but I suppose you don't like kimchee, either? Speaking of which..I'm surprised that wasn't in the list.. o.o

I'm surprised that kimchee wasn't on the list as well. I thought that was fermented fish, though? I see it sold at Wal-Mart sometimes, which is just random and weird.

No..kimchee is fermented cabbage with garlic and red pepper and a little fish sauce and sometimes salted baby shrimp or raw oysters, among other things. Don't buy the stuff in the jar from Wal-Mart, though...it's crap. Seriously. It's really good for you, though. It has super high amounts of vitamin C because of all the chili pepper (more than citrus fruits, even), antioxidants from the garlic...

I dont sincerely positive what you talking relative to right-minded here. This affectedness be the just conduct to believe about this can it? It appears like you recognize a quantities, so why not inquire it more? Establish it more reachable to everybody else who sway not harmonize with you? Youd bring back a apportionment more individuals behind this should you well-deserved stopped making common statements.
